LEAD is a program that promotes one-on-one relationships that encourage sustainable change and development.

Students K-12 will be paired with an adult Homework Helper. Every week the student will receive one on one attention from their Homework Helper as they review and help the student with homework or other schoolwork. Childcare for infants, toddlers, and pre-school aged children is provided.

Adults will participate in classes that discuss a variety of topics, beginning with financial education, that are a reflection of the needs of the individuals. All adults are invited to participate in an incentive program based on class attendance and participation throughout each session.
