The Gifford Class was founded in the mid 1980’s by the late Bill and Nita Gifford as a small group for young married couples.  Fast forward to today and those young adults are now empty nesters and grandparents still navigating our faith journey through studying the scripture and fellowship.

The facilitator Bill Winchester brings open group discussions using timely topics with scripture. We spend time sharing prayers and praises. While we take our faith seriously, we enjoy some lively banter and a sense of humor.

Our doors are always open to guests so feel free to pop in for a visit.

Contact:  Cheryl Sudbeck,

Our group is pretty diverse.... we have retirees and those still working. We have married couples and also singles. We are a fun group! We have completed many Adam Hamilton and Max Lucado studies (video & discussion). We were very active prior to COVID with social activities (dinners out as well as potlucks at homes). Service projects we have participated in (again, prior to COVID): Help with feeding homeless quarterly with Mustard Tree Ministries; Salvation Army bell ringers at Christmas; church garden; we take an offering every class and when we have money, we find an organization, individual or group who could benefit and we donate.
