FIND YOUR PLACE. GROW IN FAITH. JOIN THE JOURNEY!
New Journey Groups Begin Sunday, October 4
Are you looking for a place to connect with others, build new friendships, and grow in your faith? Christ Church is launching five new Journey Groups on Sunday mornings. These groups are especially designed for people who are not currently connected to a Sunday School class or small group.
What is a Journey Group? Journey Groups are welcoming communities where you can:
- Meet new people and build meaningful friendships
- Connect with others in a relaxed and welcoming environment
- Study the Bible and explore topics that apply to everyday life
- Ask questions and learn alongside others
- Grow in your relationship with Christ
- Find a place to belong at Christ United Methodist Church
For the first five months, five different teachers will rotate among the Journey Groups, with a new topic each month. This will give each group the opportunity to experience a variety of teachers, subjects, and conversations about Christian faith and life.
No Bible expertise is needed. No previous small-group experience is required. Just come as you are and join us on the journey! Sometimes the hardest part of joining a group is simply taking that first step. Journey Groups are starting fresh, which means everyone will be beginning the journey together.
If you have been thinking about getting more connected at Christ United Methodist Church, this could be your opportunity! We believe God uses relationships with other believers to encourage us, strengthen us, and help us become the people He has called us to be.
