Recurring Gifts

Make it easy to give by setting up a recurring donation to Christ Church! You set the frequency and amount and let the automated system do the rest! Donation options are monthly, weekly, or every two weeks and you can use a credit card or bank draft. Simply click on the fund that you want to give to (ex: general fund), put in your recurring donation amount and click the recurring button. You will be prompted to choose the frequency and when the donations will begin.

IRA owners age 70½ or over can transfer up to $100,000 to charity tax-free each year! These transfers, known as qualified charitable distributions or QCDs, offer a great way to easily give to charity. And, for those who are at least 73 years old, QCDs count toward the IRA owner's required minimum distribution (RMD) for the year. Normally, distributions from a traditional IRA are taxable when received. With a QCD, however, these distributions become tax-free as long as they're paid directly from the IRA to an eligible charitable organization.
